I was responsible for ensuring smooth user journeys and creating inspiring yet informative content to the workinfinland.com platform to gain the attention of international talents. As a content strategist, I took part in content & channel strategy building and pushed the client to reach for the stars – and land on the moon.
Content & conversion
The Work in Finland Platform provides a holistic user experience by compiling all of the available services the country offers for international job seekers into one easy-to-use online resource. This platform is designed to strengthen Finland’s national brand, promote the country as a desirable destination to work and live in, and share practical information about applying for jobs here. Ultimately, the goal is to positively impact our nationally set talent targets.
I worked with a team of 15 specialists to create the platform, and did close collaboration with 2 other content designers. I took responsibility in client and stakeholder collaboration and did profound background research. I focused on UX and UI content design and wrote inspirational SEO optimised content on the website. Additionally, I made sure the content is measurable and created custom tracking for it.

After launching the workinfinland.com platform, I worked as a Content Strategist with a project team of three colleagues. We helped our client to build a Content & channel strategy for a strategy period from 2023 to 2025.
We defined why and how lead and manage content across the many channels that international talent use on their decision-making journey towards Finland. Now, the client team has clear objectives and key results and way to measure success.
